Prada’s pastries, excuse me, Pasticceria Marchesi’s pastries have landed at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan. In the mezzanine of the building that houses Prada’s men’s store, the pastry shop’s latest location was unveiled to the public this morning. This third opening follows the historic location on via Santa Maria alla Porta and the location opened a year ago on via Montenapoleone. Inside, the space is just as nice if not even nicer than the other two locations: green marble, silk upholstery with floral motifs, arched windows bordering on the frescoes and on the mosaic floors of this enchanting salon in Milan. The marble floors are also green, whereas the shelving is in cherrywood and crystal, surmounted by mirrors, and the ceiling features exposed beams. And let’s not even mention the colourful array of candy scattered everywhere, right? In this location, as in the one located on via Montenapoleone, there will be a tea room to enjoy breakfast, brunch, tea and aperitivo time. Here is a sneak peek!
Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, 63-65, 20121 Milan
Open everyday from 7:30am to 9:00pm
