It can happen that some days you are craving something different than a sandwich or a salad for lunch. So we tried That’s Prosciutto, a “fast” restaurant that, as the name suggests, is dedicated to one of the most popular meats in the world: prosciutto. Here is how we ate!
The menu proposes 12 different kinds of traditional Italian cold cuts, served with vegetable ingredients. In addition to these one-course dishes you can also find salmon, chicken, mackerel or tuna salads. Intrigued by the two proposals we decided to try them both, so we ordered a That’s San Daniele (San Daniele aged 18 months, grilled artichokes, red onion, mozzarella, mixed salad, breadsticks and Altamura bread) and a That’s Norwegian Salmon (smoked Norwegian salmon, fennel, orange of Sicily, endive Belgian, soncino, mango, chives and carasau bread).
The dishes are abundant but light, perfect for a quick lunch before going back to the office. We wanted to spoil ourselves by ordering one of the desserts prepared by the famous pastry chef Sal de Riso.

The restaurant is located on Via Mosè Bianchi, near the Lotto stop of the red and purple metro lines that is located less than 5 minutes away by foot. It is easily reachable by car, and finding a spot to park won’t be a problem!
The location is perfect for a casual lunch thanks to its modern furniture; it is frequented by employees of the offices that are in the area. The only negative thing is the lack of privacy due to the proximity of the tables.
The one-course dishes cost between 8 and 13 euros and given the abundance you’ll leave full and satisfied. If you can’t resist the dessert, they cost 5 euros. The positive note is that the filtered water is free. So, are you going to try it?
